Each tablet provides:

• Total Vitamin C 1000mg (Ascorbic acid 400mg, Sodium ascorbate 350mg, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 400mg)
• Citrus bioflavonoids extract 25mg
• Rutin 50mg
• Hesperidin 50mg
• Rosehips extract (Rosa canina) equivalent to dry fruit 250mg
• Acerola extract (Malpighia punicifolia) equivalent to dry fruit 50mg

No added salt, yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as professionally advised. For extra immune support, the dose can be increased to 3 tablets daily.
Children 4-12 years: Use Blackmores Bio C Chewable 500mg instead. Not recommended for children under 4 years without medical advice.

Caution

Consult your healthcare professional before use if you have a history of kidney stones (renal calculi), as ascorbic acid may increase the risk of recurrence.
Separate doses of ascorbic acid and aluminium-containing medications by at least 2 hours, especially in cases of kidney failure.
If taking propranolol, separate doses by at least 2 hours, as ascorbic acid may reduce the medication’s absorption and effectiveness.
