It helps restore and maintain a healthy balance of good bacteria in the vaginal and urinary tracts, especially during or after antibiotic or antifungal therapy. This daily probiotic contains two clinically researched strains, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1™ and Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14™, which are shown to colonise the vaginal and urinary tract when taken orally.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule daily with food. Increase to 2 capsules daily as needed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

If taking antibiotics or antifungal medication, take Flora Restore at least 1 hour after medication.

Caution

Generally well tolerated. Contains traces of dairy—suitable for individuals with mild dairy intolerance, but not for those with dairy allergies or anaphylaxis. Safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
