Directions 

• Adults: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily, before meals
• Children 6–12 years: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to 3 times daily
• Children 3–5 years: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to twice daily

Shake well before use. Use the provided measuring cap. Do not drink directly from the bottle.

Caution

• Not suitable in cases of iron overload or chronic breakdown of red blood cells
• Avoid tea, coffee, or caffeine within an hour of taking this product
