How It Works

Works by GPS Positioning

The collar uses satellite positioning to work out where your dog is in relation to the centre point you set. Everything is built into the collar — there's nothing else to install.

  • No SIM card, subscription or app required
  • No buried wire or separate transmitter
  • Best in open outdoor areas with a clear view of the sky
  • Accuracy can vary near buildings, trees and hills

Safety & Responsible Use

!
Not a physical fenceThe virtual boundary is a training aid. A dog may still cross it despite warnings — never rely on it near busy roads.
!
GPS accuracy variesAccuracy depends on satellite signal, buildings, trees and terrain. Leave a safety margin inside your property line.
!
Outdoor useUse in open outdoor areas. GPS works poorly indoors and under heavy cover.
!
Start gentlyUse vibration first. If you use static, start at the lowest level and only increase if needed.
!
Supervise trainingIntroduce the boundary gradually with praise and treats, and supervise your dog, especially in a new place.
!
Correct fitThe collar should be secure but not tight. Do not place the contact points on injured or irritated skin.
!
Check the skinDo not leave the collar on for long periods or on an unsupervised dog. Stop use if you notice redness or discomfort.
!
Dog sizeDesigned for dogs approx. 10–50 kg. Not suitable for small dogs, puppies or dogs that are unwell.
!
ChargingKeep the charging port dry and keep the collar and cable away from children.
!
Local rulesStatic training collars are restricted in some regions — please check local regulations before use.
